What is the return policy?
According to EU law all internet purchases has a 14 day return window. At Nordic Emergency Supply we want you to have the time to fully look through your purchased products. That is why we offer you a 30 day return policy. Just contact us and let us know and we´ll handle the rest.
Why is the site in english if you are based in sweden?
Nordic Emergency Supply is owned by The Care Box AB. Based in Sweden but active in all nordic countries. We have chosen to use english on our website to properly communicate with our nordic neighbours that all have their own languages.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. But on average 5 days.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping to Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway. You have the option to pay a small fee for extra quick delivery in the checkout.
